By accessing and using Orkestrate ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Orkestrate is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed specifically for event planners. Our service includes:

• Client management and contact organization
• Event planning and scheduling tools
• Task and project management features
• Intake form creation and management
• Data analytics and reporting

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Permitted Uses

• Managing your event planning business and client relationships
• Storing and organizing business-related data
• Creating and managing custom forms for your clients
• Generating reports and analytics for your business

Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers
• Reselling or redistributing the service without permission

• You retain ownership of all data you input into our service
• We will not access, use, or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable privacy laws
• We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security

Our Rights

Orkestrate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to your content and data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the service to you.

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orkestrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We will provide reasonable notice before terminating service

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
